These simple recipes also contain preparation and cooking tips for each vegetable listed below. Feel free to share. We are looking for more. These recipes have not be tried, so comments are welcome if you use them.
* Beans include green snap, yellow wax, purple, and Italian beans.
** Greens include kale, collards, turnip greens, beet greens, spinach and Swiss chard.
*** Herbs lists ideas for use for basil, chives, dill, marjoram, mint, oregano, parsley, rosemary, sage, tarragon, and thyme.
Recipes needed for beets, turnips, tomatillos, leeks, pumpkin, okra, hot peppers, potatoes, winter squash and fruits such as rhubarb, berries, melons, apples.
